**Who am I?**👩🏻‍💻

I am Chi - a product designer for Employee Engagement software.

**Why am I doing what I am doing?**🤯

I started exposing myself to the design industry almost 3 years ago. The first year in my early career taught me how to fight aggressively for my work and resile in a combative environment.

Moving on with my current company, I have been pushed to go out of my comfort zone to dive deeper into a proper design process if I want to climb fast and firmly on the design ladder.
